The Frame Superposition Cluster (FSC) presented at the Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) has been summarized in a paper. Not only the contents of the FSC presented at the conference, but also the results of the FSC are compared with those of existing methods for calculating transition dipole moments. As a result, it was found that the transition dipole moment can be calculated with high accuracy even if the calculated levels are not obtained with high accuracy compared to existing methods. The future challenge is to obtain the transition dipole moments of more complex molecules. Calculating energy levels with high precision still requires a large amount of computation time or quantum resources. The transition dipole moment calculation method taught by this method can be the most accurate until quantum computers are developed and energy levels can be calculated with stable accuracy using quantum phase estimation.
