To adapt to these changes and make smarter decisions, we are building a new management structure with a world-class team of experts from around the globe.

In particular, we are strengthening a framework in which our quantum computing and machine learning engineers also develop expertise in finance and strategy, allowing them to play a direct role in management. By equipping engineers with backgrounds in physics and mathematics with not only technical knowledge but also financial and managerial insights, they can independently develop rational and practical business strategies that leverage cutting-edge technology.

Through this initiative, we aim to engage in discussions with external financial institutions on an equal footing, achieving a true fusion of technology and business to drive further growth.
