[Update] Preprint : Two-Step QAOA: Enhancing Quantum Optimization by Decomposing K-hot Constraints in QUBO Formulations

I have updated and restructured parts of the preprint on Two-Step QAOA, which facilitates the creation of Dicke states, to improve clarity. The sections on experiments will be updated again later.
