■展示出展者向け情報（業務連絡）
・ブースレンタルおよび設置撤去の一部費用 33,000円（税込）を負担いただきます。
・blueqatクラウドをご契約の方は11,000円（税込）に減額させていただきますので、申し込みの際にその旨をお知らせください。
（参加お申し込み頂いたタイミングで請求書を発行いたします。）
・共同出展社登録が必要です。主催者から連絡がありましたらウェブから登録をお願いします。
（おおよそEXPO実施日の1ヶ月から2ヶ月前程度に連絡がございます。）
・商談テーブルはすべてどの企業様もご利用いただけます。なるべく座ってじっくり話すと商談も進みます。
・展示台用ポスター、パンフレット等は企業ごとでご準備いただき、設置ください。
・電源等は会場内に複数コンセントが設置されますので、延長コードをご持参いただき各々の展示ブースまで伸ばしてお使いください。
・インターネットは会場のゲストwifiを基本的にはご利用いただきます。高速インターネット利用をご希望の展示社の方は別途ご連絡ください。（別料金発生）

■ Information for Co-Exhibitors
・You are required to bear a part of the booth rental and setup/removal costs: ¥33,000 (tax included).
・Co-exhibitor registration is required. Once you receive a notification from the organizer, please register via the web.
Notification is typically sent about 1 to 2 months prior to the event.
・All companies are welcome to use the business meeting tables. It is advisable to sit down and discuss in-depth to facilitate negotiations.
・Please prepare and set up posters and brochures for your display.
・There will be multiple power outlets installed in the venue. Please bring an extension cord to use and extend it to your respective booth.
・For internet access, please use the venue’s guest Wi-Fi. If you require high-speed internet access, please contact us separately (additional fees apply).

■ First Day of the Exhibition
On the day of the exhibition, please bring your "Exhibitor Badge Exchange Ticket" and enter the venue.
Please arrive at the booth by 9:30 AM on the first day of the exhibition.
