MDR Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yuichiro Minato) has begun to manufacture flux qubits that can be used for machine learning and other purposes. I made the basic qubit structure. We also examined the structure of qubits suitable for machine learning applications by simulation. These were realized through joint research with the Yamanashi Laboratory of Yokohama National University, and the results were discussed at the 31st International Symposium on Superconductivity (ISS2018) held in Tsukuba on December 13th at the "Principle Verification of the Superconducting Flux". We will announce it under the title of "Qubit Cell Towardthe Quantum Sampling Approach for Training of Deep Neural Networks". The device used in this study was manufactured in the superconducting clean room CRAVITY of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST).
