東京工業大学は、中高生を対象にしたワークショップ「パズルで始める量子アニーリング」を2023年12月29日に渋谷スクランブルスクエアビル41階の会場にて対面形式で開催し、2024年1月7日にはオンライン形式で開催しました。
Tokyo Institute of Technology hosted a workshop for middle and high school students titled "Getting Started with Quantum Annealing through Puzzles" on December 29, 2023, at the Shibuya Scramble Square building on the 41st floor in a face-to-face format, and on January 7, 2024, in an online format.
講演者の湊CEOからは、「この（量子コンピュータの）分野では数学や物理をたくさん利用します。一つ一つの技術は高校で習ったことが基礎になっているので、今のうちからしっかり自分のものにして、キャリア選択の幅を広げてほしい」と参加者への激励がありました。
The speaker, CEO Minato, encouraged participants by saying, "In this field (quantum computing), we use a lot of mathematics and physics. Each technology is based on what you learn in high school, so I want you to make it your own from now on and broaden your career choices."
本イベントは、資料監修と会場提供はblueqat株式会社、パズル問題の作成はビネット&クラリティ合同会社（「東工大発ベンチャー」称号授与企業）の支援を受けて開催されました。
This event was held with the support of blueqat Inc. for supervising materials and providing the venue, and Vignette & Clarity LLC (awarded the title of "Venture Originated from Tokyo Tech") for creating puzzle problems.
